holy stylesheets, batman!

  • Oct. 27th, 2007 at 10:41 PM
Okay, so this is probably the simplest question in the history of LJ layouts, but how do I keep the customizations of the theme variation (Talking Heads Black, fyi) and use a theme layer at the same time? Every time I go to use my theme layer, it puts my customizations on top of the default theme.

I'm sure I'll have more questions later. This is my first time using Expressive, and all these stylesheets are driving me crazy!

ETA: Thank you, camomiletea!

Look up the source of the theme you want and add it into your custom theme. E.g. On Public Layers page (http://www.livejournal.com/customize/advanced/layerbrowse.bml) click the "children" link for Mixit. Click "Talking Heads Black". Click Raw source code.
