There are probably more to come, but I don't want to spam this one entry with many questions. I'll do this slow and ask just one question for now.

I have a paid account and use Carson Brown as base theme.

I would like to know if it is possible to lose the navigation links above my journal title completely. (Recent Entries | Archive | Friends | User Info | Memories)

There are several similar questions under the header nav links tag.
.nav {display: none;}

Also, it's not necessary in Expressive to create a print_custom_head() function to override CSS. There's a post I made explaining the interaction of theme and user layers and where CSS customizations go.

I tried that before. I even added visibility: hidden; to it. But it doesn't seem to work.

Thank you for the link to that post you made about the interaction of theme and user layers. I missed that one.

The custom CSS in the user layer (probably from the Customize Journal page) will override whatever is in the theme layer. Put your custom CSS all in one layer or the other, but not both.

Thank you. Worked perfectly!
