Header Issues on Friends Page [Solved]

  • May. 24th, 2007 at 2:13 PM
I apologize profusely if this has been answered already somewhere, but honestly I don't even know where to look for the answer. The browsing I did through the tags didn't help me much either. I haven't done many s2 layouts and this is my first expressive layout so I'm really quite lost.

I've done this layout for a friend: starluste

I tweaked the base sheet for "cityscape: keiv" to work with the header image I made for her, but the image was a little taller than the original so it cut off both the top and the bottom a bit. You'll see in the code below where I added the "height: 70px" in the 'header' area to fix the problem, and it looks all well and good on the entries/calendar/day/tag pages, but on the friends page the header is cut off partially on the bottom.

What is it that I need to do to fix this?

You'll see in the code below where I added the "height: 70px" in the 'header' area to fix the problem[...]

Yes, and that was what created the problem, because #header-description isn't created on friends pages. Add the height property of the image (248px) to #header-inner and delete the sections for description and .connections-view since you're not using either on in the journal.

Thank you very much! Worked perfectly.
