SOLVED: Entry title colors

  • Sep. 26th, 2006 at 3:47 PM
Hi, I'm a beginner at this, and sorry if the question has been answered before, I've looked around at the previous entries to find a solution to the problem but still no success.

I'm using sorbet pink. I want to change the font color of the entry titles from pink to green. So I entered this on the custom CSS window:

.asset-name {
color: #B6DD77;
font-size: 25px;
}

It succeeds in changing the font size of all my entry titles, including the sticky-post but only changes the color of the sticky post title, and none of the other subject titles. They persevere in their pinkness. Grr.

I also want to change the "previous 7" link and the tags links but haven't figured out what the code for those is either.

Help?

I have a plus account.

Thanks in advance!

Re: nm!
Running a Google search for the weirdness that's bugging you css font color will usually turn up an example of code that works.

The logic can be baffling at times. You will still occasionally find things that should work, but just get stuck for no obvious reason and you need to force them with !important. It can drive you nuts.
