I like to move it, move it ... but I don't know how.

Hi there, I'm a CSS newbie (sorry). I've thumbed through the community tags for help on my specific issue - hopefully, you guys can clear a couple of things up.

I am using Expressive's Endless Summer Brown layout with Firefox 3.0.10. I used bits of code from this community first to install a custom header, and then to move the default header text/links down below the image. My issue now is that the sidebar and the most recent entry overlap with said header text/links. If I had to take an educated guess, I'd say it was a cellpadding issue, but I'm really not sure.

Here is what is currently in my Custom CSS box:

#header-inner {
background-image: url("http://i43.tinypic.com/xqdst2.png");
height: 256px;
}
#header {
background-image: none;
}

#header-text {position: absolute; top: 256px; width: 100%; max-width: 960px; margin: 0px auto;}

Thank you in advance! (Also, sorry for the Star Wars nerdiness. :))

Edit: I also just noticed that there is an extraneous link to my profile that, er, wasn't there before. I imagine it is due to overlapping code - any help with fixing that is also appreciated.

Edit: I ended up deleting the second bit of code and using the following instead:

#header-content-inner {
margin: 250px 1px 1px 1px;
}

I also extended the header image's white-space a little, and that seemed to do the trick. On the other hand, it looks awful in Internet Explorer. Grr, argh.
