Metadata and Timestamp Help!

  • Aug. 15th, 2008 at 11:02 AM
I've tried to figure this out for a while now, to no avail. Hopefully someone can help me! =D

I'm currently using a custom layer, with the MIXIT style. The custom layer I'm using is to change my Metadata around, and the CSS I'm using is posted in the CSS box under 'Customize Journal'.

1.) I want to have a space between the bottom of my entry, and my metadata. Currently, my Metadata is RIGHT under the last sentence of my entry.

I want to change this:

To this:

2.) I also need help with my subject line/timestamp. Currenly, when I have a subject on an entry, it looks fine. When I don't have a subject, the Date becomes the subject, with the time way over by itself on the right hand side.

I want to change this:

To this:

Thanks so much!

1. Your Entry::print_metadata() function is either out of date or for the wrong layout. Use the one from this tutorial.

2. I answered the question of how to print the entire date where there is no subject here.
